What is your art made from?

Each piece is crafted from premium 16-gauge steel with a durable powder-coated finish, making it suitable for display indoors or outdoors and built to last for years.

What sizes are available?

Our signs come in a range of sizes from 12″ up to 36″. Please note that the finished cut size is approximately ½″ smaller than the listed size (e.g. a 12″ sign measures approximately 11.5″).

What colors can I choose from?

We offer Black, White, and Copper finishes across all designs.

Which dog breeds do you offer?

We currently offer designs for Doberman, Dachshund, German Shepherd, Golden Retriever, Labrador, Rottweiler, and French Bulldog. If your dog's breed isn't listed, feel free to contact us — we're always looking to expand our range.

Can I personalize my sign with my dog's name?

Yes! You can personalize your sign with your dog's name, or any text you'd like, so your piece is truly one of a kind.

I made a mistake with my personalization — what do I do?

Please double-check all spelling and details before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible — if your order hasn't yet entered production, we may be able to fix it for you. Once production has started, changes can no longer be made.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Most orders are handcrafted and ready to ship within 1-4 business days, with standard delivery taking a further 1-5 business days. During peak seasons, production and shipping may take slightly longer.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we ship within the United States only.

Will I be able to track my order?

Yes — once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information so you can follow its journey to your door.

Can I return or exchange my item?

As each piece is made specifically for you, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges on personalized items. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll arrange a replacement at no cost to you.

How do I hang my sign? Does it come with mounting hardware?

Mounting hardware is not included by default. We recommend using wall anchors and screws suited to your wall type and the size of your sign. For a clean, hardware-free look, we also offer an optional Magnetic Mounting Kit — available as an add-on at checkout.
