At Erlora Gifts, every piece is made especially for you. Because our products are personalized and made to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.
Not completely happy? If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at support@erlora.com. We review every situation individually and will do our best to make it right.
Please note:
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
- To request a refund, please provide your order number and reason for dissatisfaction
- We may request photos or additional information to help us resolve your issue
Damaged or incorrect items Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately at support@erlora.com so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.
