Our Products All Erlora Gifts products are made to order and personalized specifically for you. As a result, each piece is unique and created based on the information you provide at checkout. Please double check all personalization details before placing your order as we are unable to make changes once production has begun.

Pricing All prices are displayed in USD. We reserve the right to update our pricing at any time without notice. The price you pay at checkout is the final confirmed price for your order.

Payment We accept all major payment methods available at checkout. Payment is processed securely through Shopify's payment system. By placing an order you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

Order Processing Orders are processed and sent to production within 1-2 business days of payment confirmation. Once an order enters production it cannot be cancelled or modified.

Shipping We currently ship within the United States only. Shipping times are estimated and may vary. Erlora Gifts is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or circumstances outside our control.
