Processing time: All Erlora Gifts products are made to order. Once you place your order, please allow 1–3 business days for creation and packing. During peak periods such as holidays, processing may take slightly longer — we'll always keep you informed.

Shipping time: Once dispatched, your order typically arrives within 4–7 business days. Please note these are estimated timeframes and may vary slightly depending on your location and carrier.

Order tracking: Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your order all the way to the door.

Address accuracy: Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. Erlora cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.

Lost or delayed packages: In the rare event your package is lost or significantly delayed, please get in touch with us at support@erlora.com, and we'll do everything we can to resolve it quickly.
