How do I personalize my board?

On the product page, enter the name or surname you'd like engraved in the Personalization field. Double-check your spelling before ordering as your engraving will be created exactly as you type it, including capitals and spacing.

How long does it take to make my order?

All boards are made to order. Processing time is 1–3 business days for engraving and packing. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order is dispatched.

How long does shipping take?

We offer free shipping on all U.S. orders. Once dispatched, your order typically arrives within 4–7 business days. Delivery times may vary slightly during peak seasons or carrier delays.

Do you ship internationally?

Not at the moment. We're currently U.S. only so we can keep shipping fast, reliable, and free. We plan to expand in the future.

Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make a change or cancellation. Once your board has entered production we may not be able to make changes. Email us at support@erlora.com

What if there's a mistake in my personalization?

If you notice an error, email us immediately at support@erlora.com and we'll do our best to help before it goes into production. Once the board has been engraved we may not be able to change it, so please double-check your spelling before ordering.

What's your returns policy?

Because each board is made to order and personally engraved, we don't accept returns for change of mind or personalization errors. If your order arrives damaged or there's a fault, please contact us at support@erlora.com and we'll make it right.

How does the engraving work?

Your design is laser engraved directly into the natural slate. This creates a permanent finish that won't peel or fade like vinyl or printed designs. Because slate is a natural material, every board has its own subtle variation which is part of what makes each one unique.

How do I care for my board?

To keep your board looking its best, simply wipe it clean with a damp cloth after use. Do not soak or submerge in water, and never put it in the dishwasher. Dry it fully after cleaning to maintain the quality of both the slate and the acacia wood.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards plus additional payment options available through Shopify at checkout.
